Cartly now includes two analytics reports:
Main page — an overview of your cart's conversion funnel, top products, and upsell performance summary
Product cart analytics — a detailed per-product breakdown of cart activity, from add-to-cart through to purchase
Analytics — Main Page
Cartly's Analytics page gives you a full overview of your cart's performance — from how customers move through the purchase funnel to which upsell types generate the most revenue.
It can take 24–48 hours before the latest data appears in reports.
To access: Shopify Admin → Apps → Cartly Cart Drawer → Analytics
Analytics is available on Growth plan and higher.
Conversion rate
Shows how customers progress through three funnel stages: Added to cart → Reached checkout → Purchased. Switch between Unique sessions, Value per customer, and Total value views. Compare any period against a previous one.
Products
Two cards show your Top Added to cart and Top Removed from cart products for the selected period. Click View full list to open the full Product cart analytics page.
Upsell performance
Shows Total upsell added revenue and Total upsell sales, plus a breakdown table by upsell type with Impressions, Clicks, Purchased, Revenue, CTR, and CVR. Click View full list to open the full Upsell performance page.
Export
Click Export in the header to download your analytics data as a CSV file.
Analytics — Product Cart Analytics
The Product cart analytics report shows how individual products perform inside your cart — which ones are added most often, which get removed before checkout, and which ultimately convert to purchases. Use it to spot high-abandonment products, identify your best performers, and make informed merchandising decisions.
To access: Analytics → View full list in the Products section.
It can take 24–48 hours before the latest data appears in reports.
The table lists all products with at least one cart event in the selected period, sorted by Added to cart by default. A Totals row shows aggregated values across all products. Pagination appears at 20+ rows.
Available columns: Added to cart, Removed from cart, Removal rate, Reached checkout, Purchased, Purchase rate, Revenue. Toggle columns on or off using the 🔲 icon. Search by product name or SKU using the 🔍 icon.
Click Export to download the table as a CSV.
