Release 1.20.0

June Changelog | Product-scoped rewards & in-app cart analytics

Written by Andrey Gadashevich

🚀 New features

👉 Limit reward bar tiers to specific products

You can now restrict which products in the cart count toward — or trigger — a reward bar tier. Previously, all products in the cart contributed to reward progress equally; now you can scope each tier to specific products or collections.

This is available when configuring any reward tier and can be combined with the existing country/region targeting for highly specific reward logic — for example, free shipping only for customers in a specific region purchasing from a specific collection.

Common use cases:

  • Exclude heavily discounted or clearance items from contributing to free shipping thresholds

  • Offer free shipping only when specific products (or products from a specific collection) are in the cart

  • Run different free shipping offers simultaneously, each tied to different product sets

👉 Analytics — cart & upsell performance

A new Analytics section is now available in the app, giving you a full picture of how your cart drawer and upsells are performing.

Conversion funnel

See how shoppers progress from adding to cart through to purchase. The chart shows three stages — Added to cart, Reached checkout, and Purchased — with step-by-step conversion rates between each. Switch between three views: Unique sessions, Value per customer, or Total value. Compare any period against a previous period or previous year.

Product cart analytics

See how individual products perform in the cart — how often they're added, removed, reached checkout, and purchased, with optional columns for removal rate, purchase rate, and revenue. Filter by date range, search by product name or SKU, and export to CSV.

Upsell performance

Track impressions, clicks, purchases, revenue, CTR, and CVR broken down by upsell type — AI upsell, Product add-ons, Manual upsell rules, Volume discount upsell, Subscription upgrade, and Empty cart recommendations. A separate product-level table shows which specific products perform best as upsells. Filter by upsell type, sort by any column, and export to CSV.

Summary cards on the main page show Total upsell added revenue and Total upsell sales at a glance, with period-over-period delta indicators.
