Written by Andrey Gadashevich

🚀 New features

👉 Removed items recovery

Shoppers often remove a product by accident or change their mind a minute later. Until now, getting it back meant finding the product page again.

Now products removed from the cart drawer appear in a small module, and shoppers can bring them back with one click.

Where you'll find it:

  • Custom cart → Upsell → Removed items recovery

You can set:

  • Button style: Filled or Outlined

  • Max number of removed products to display (2 by default)

  • Module title (Changed your mind? by default)

  • Restore button label (Restore by default)

What to know:

  • It's off by default.

  • Restore adds the product back with the same quantity, subscription option and product options.

  • If there isn't enough stock, the available quantity is added and the shopper sees a notice.

  • Only products that can still be bought are shown.

  • Removed products are remembered in the current browser tab and cleared when a new cart starts.

  • Restored products appear in Analytics as Removed items recovery, so you can see the revenue you got back.

  • You can translate the module title and button label on the Translations page.
