The Announcement bar appears inside the cart drawer and shows a short message to shoppers — a promotion, a shipping notice, or an urgency message.
Announcement bar allows you to display a plain message, or add a countdown timer that reserves the cart for a set number of minutes.
You can place the bar at the top or bottom of the drawer, and choose what happens when the timer runs out.
How to enable announcement bar?
In the app, go to Custom Cart.
In the left sidebar, open Features → Announcement bar.
In the Announcement bar panel, click Enable.
What you can configure:
Bar style — Full width or Rounded
Position — Top fixed, Top, or Bottom
Announcement message — write your text with bold, underline, links and alignment. Use
{{timer}}to activate a countdown timer in the barTimer duration — how long the cart is reserved, in minutes (default: 10)
Action after timer expired — Hide message, Restart timer, or Clear cart
